Tuscan Sun Apartment is a self-catering apartment located on the owner’s property in Struisbaai. This upstairs apartment, adjacent to the main house, is an ideal apartment for a couple and 2 or 3 children or 4 adults who know one another well. This flatlet is fully self-contained with a separate side entrance through an outside staircase.
There is a lovely sea view from this apartment to enjoy when sitting comfortably in the lounge area, enjoying a glass of wine around the fireplace, which is suitable to have a braai.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, with a small balcony, built-in cupboards and bedside tables with reading lamps and storage space. The lounge area contains a second double bed but can be enclosed for privacy by a curtain. There is also a fold-out couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dining table with seating space for 5 people. The lounge area has a lounge suite, a TV with a full selection of DStv channels; and a built-in braai which you can enjoy, come rain or sunshine.
The accommodation facilities include off-street parking. A laundry service is available in town or on request. All linen is provided, but guests are required to bring along their own beach towels.
Situated in Oceanview Heights, Tuscan Sun Apartment is very private and surrounded by nature. You can be at the beach within minutes, with Spookdraai hiking trail close by.
