Guests are expected to look after the house as it is their own home.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Guests are expected to be quiet by 22:00.

Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
The maximum number of persons allowed on the property should strictly only be the number booked for.
Guests have to sign an indemnity on arrival and provide ID/passports for all guests due to the Guest Identification Requirements in South Africa.
