As above. A great getaway location and almost perfect all-round stay. Would recommend some shading over the tub, the entrance area and somewhere round the braai. It was kind of hot in the day, but great otherwise.

Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful, breathtaking star gazing at night. Riaan was incredible. It was my partner's birthday and I asked if it was possible for him to do a few extra requests, and he went well above and beyond any expectations. I kept him up to date on the arrival time and he met us halfway up the dirt road and showed us to the tent, had the fire lit for us, and the hot tub fire was going as well. The tent is fully kitted with extra blankets and a gas heater to stay extra warm. I can't recommend this place enough. It was incredible, not to mention the stars at night were just breathtaking. Thank you.

Great value for money. Clean. Friendly host! Highly recommend this campsite. Fantastic location. Facilities were well organised. Firewood prepared for us on arrival. Bathrooms were super clean. If I visit Sutherland again, I will most definitely spend a night at Uitkomst again!
