Black bags must remain in the unit otherwise they must be placed in the green bins in the complex.

The cleaning fee is for the departure cleaning service only. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at extra cost.
Please do not lock the keys in the apartment.
Let the manager know in advance if guests are bringing a trailer so they can notify the complex.
Once the starter items are used up, guests must replenish them themselves.

If there are power outages, please note that the accommodation does not have a generator. There are battery lights though. Guests should make sure they are plugged in and charged so they are not left in the dark. Notify the manager of any interruptions so that they can be reported to the appropriate department.
