Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Parties are not allowed in the units or on the property, unless arranged prior to booking.
No loud noise of any kind between the hours of 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of others staying in the house.
No illegal activities are allowed on the property or in the units.
Inventory is available in the kitchen. Breakages will be invoiced within 10 days of departure.
Basic cleaning (making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and washing of breakfast dishes) is included Mon-Sat, 9 am - 12 am, please ensure you are not in the bedrooms during these times, if you wish for your bed to be made. Additional cleaning for Sundays and Public Holidays is available at an additional fee and to be arranged with the owners prior to arrival.
Departure is no later than 10.00. Kindly ensure the following :
Air conditioning and lights are turned off
All windows and doors are closed and locked
All dishes are stacked in the dishwasher
All furniture has been returned to its rightful position
