No smoking indoors.
No events or parties.
Dogs are not permitted on furniture; guests must provide their own bedding. Visiting dogs must be accompanied by their owners at all times. Small to medium-sized, friendly, and vaccinated dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, but must stay in the main guest area of the property.
While the host resides on the property and is available to provide assistance and information, guests' privacy is fully assured. The host can be reached in person, via WhatsApp, or by cell phone during specified times, except in emergencies.
Under the Umdonis is not serviced, but domestic help can be easily arranged at the guest's expense. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided for stays exceeding 7 days.
