House Rules

The studio uses a gas geyser. Turn on the hot water tap and let it run for a few seconds, the water will eventually become warm.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties are allowed.
No loud music or noise after 22:00 pm.
Please make sure all lights and appliances are turned off after use, especially when you leave the apartment.
The bathroom window must be kept open at all times.
We have two young children who run around the property while they play; we try to keep them quiet around guests, but please excuse the few times they are not.
