Fantastic, comfortable and good value for money, given its location and comfort. The apartment is well situated, being close to the Waterfront, Green Point and Sea Point, and being situated in De Waterkant, opposite the Cape Quarter with shops and restaurants, and with pubs and nightlife close by. The lounge and bedroom windows have Juliet balconies and look out onto a quiet street and opposite a church. Therefore, the ambience is very private and quiet. Security is excellent; no one can enter without an access button or phoning your apartment first.
