Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit will be refunded to guest 72 hours after check out if the cottage is in order.
Should the gas braai not be cleaned by yourselves, an extra charge of R150.00 will be levied.
Jacuzzi electricity is on prepaid and will be for your account.
Jacuzzi is sterilized and filled for each guest, water change before 10 days have an additional charge,
Bedding changed after 10 days unless daily cleaning is requested at additional charges
