Free-roaming animals, including two hippos, are located on the property. For the safety of our guests, driving within the property is permitted only with the owners' approval. Please remember that wild animals are unpredictable.
No loud music is allowed, as it disrupts the tranquility of the environment and discourages animals from feeding near the house—our main attraction.
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests in total, including children of all ages.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events are allowed.
No fireworks are allowed.
Smoking is allowed on the deck area only if windows and doors are open. Smoking in the fields is strictly prohibited.
