House Rules

HOUSE RULES
1. Only registered guest allowed on property
2. No Parties or Events
3. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
4. All dishes must be clean upon checkout
5. No smoking in Cottage please use dedicated smoking area outside
6. Turn off lights, fans and heating when out of the property
7. No Cottage furniture or bed linen allowed to be moved/used outside
8. Pets are not allowed
9. Check out before 10:00 am

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
