Inconvenient. We requested an earlier check-in which was accepted by the team managing the apartment. Someone came but brought the wrong key, and they needed to cut a new key, so we ended up needing to leave again and arrange a time to return to fetch the other key. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused. Also, the key setup was annoying. Using one key to open different sets of doors, and the check-out process also left a lot to be desired. It does seem to be designed in a way where you don't need to ask anyone for anything, but it wasn't pleasant. It is likely just my preference though; I prefer accommodation that values the customer experience. Also, it wasn't very clean. There was some hair on the floor, and it was dusty, but that's about it.
