The area around was great. The house has no air conditioning system, only a pedestal fan, which is not sufficient to cool the house down when it's hot. The owner of the house is present nearly every day, showing up unannounced to check if you have made changes to the washer and dryer. The hot water system is not enough to support the number of visitors. When the wind is blowing hard, the tenant pays for any damage that occurs outside the house. The water system in the house is so poor that you can't take a proper shower as there is no water pressure at all. I'm not sure if this is done on purpose by the owner to keep costs down. The curtains are not blackout, so you can't have a proper sleep. The curtain rails are not secured and were damaged when the wind ripped them off; they were only secured with two screws.
