Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No Parties
No Loud Noise after 11:00pm
No Pets
Do not exceed the stated limit of 10 guests on the property.
There is a domestic worker on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Extra days can be arranged if needed.
Please note, if you have clothes to be washed and ironed this will be an extra charge of R 50 a load which can kindly be paid to the staff.
Please note that our pool does not have a safety net and we do have a lot of stairs in and around the house. We do welcome all children however the house is better suited to older children.
We have a very steep driveway however if the guest does not feel comfortable driving down it we have private parking above the house too.
