Uncomfortable and not expected. Instructions for aircon are displayed in the lounge area, but no aircon; an extractor fan in the main bathroom is covered in years of dust, the lace curtains are dirty with holes in some and mildew on others; the light fixture on the verandah is covered in dust; drains in kitchen sink omitted foul odours; very noisy neighbours in unit 63, and despite many complaints to Ballito Accommodation with promises of the caretaker sorting it out, nothing happened. The guests shouted and screamed late into the night and also once at 3 am on Sunday.
