Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is payable on arrival and will be refunded within 3 days after the check-out date.
Guests must bring their own bath and swimming towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit.
Please use water sparingly.
No noise is allowed after 22:00 pm
Any missing items in the unit will be considered theft.
Villa Riviera 12 is furnished for only 6 persons. If this is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the premises without any refund.
Please note that there is no daily cleaning service.
No pets are allowed.
No Matric Rage groups are allowed.
