Awkward - not again! Bad/confused reception - no indication where to go etc., had to buy own prepaid power day 3 already - still waiting for an answer, beds rock rock hard - had to go and buy own mattress 'topper', no bedding/sheets etc. for sofa bed area, and so the list goes on and on!
