Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R16500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside Villa Sefarina, please smoke in designated outside areas only. The nature of the building and surrounding vegetation makes them highly flammable- please dispose of cigarette butts with care in the ashtrays provided.
No parties or events are allowed without prior arrangement with Management. Sadly we do not take bookings for bachelor/bachelorette parties.
No unregistered guests are permitted
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please be respectful of your neighbours and noise levels.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Please take extra care of your keys- lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Villa Sefarina will accommodate children under 12 but on the understanding that parents will be totally responsible for their children.
Damages incurred that exceed your security deposit will be charged to your account.
Please do not eat in the bedrooms.
No illegal substances are allowed.
No open fires in bedrooms/outside areas. A gas barbecue is provided. Please ensure lounge and dining room fires are extinguished before retiring.
