Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2850 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are permitted with prior arrangement with the host, subject to an additional fee of R150.00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Loud music is not permitted after 22:00.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels and cleaning supplies. Damage and stains to linen and bath towels will be recovered from the breakage deposit.
Only one parking bay is provided, and vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. No vehicles may be parked on the drop-off zones.
Bath towels are not to be used on the beach.
Additional guests not included in the original booking will incur a charge of R1500 per guest. Day visitors must be arranged in advance with the host at a fee of R25 per visitor.
A breakage deposit equivalent to one day's rate is payable upon handing over the keys.
