Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and is allowed outside only.
No noise is allowed after 22:00.
Parties or events are not permitted on the premises.
No guests under the age of 25 years old without parental supervision.
If any house rules are disregarded, it will lead to an unfortunate eviction from the premises.
Kindly note that the back area by the Jacuzzi echoes, so loud voices and shouting can disturb the neighbours.
