Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There are to be no more than the arranged number of guests in the house (children and babies included).
The house may not be occupied by anyone other than the renter and pre-approved guests.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
No pets allowed.
At no time can guests deny staff access to the house.
Our pool is unprotected - at no time can children be left unattended.
No events are allowed, big or small. Your stay will be terminated if this is not adhered to.
All music was turned down by 23:00.
Damaged goods will be charged at cost, please let us know if anything is damaged when you leave. Any lost keys will be charged for.
Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the stay if any conditions are not met.
