Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after departure if everything is in order.

If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.

Extra fees will be charged in the event of any of the situations below:
If guests smoke in the unit.
If the dishes were not washed before departure.
If guests do not lock the unit.
If guests do not return the keys upon departure.
If guests arrive after the check-in time.
If more guests than booked, the unit is occupied.
If there are any marks or stains on the furniture or carpets.
If pets are in the units without permission.
Any breakages or deficiencies.
Any excessive noise or disturbance that causes the neighbors to complain.
If guests mix the contents of different units, e.g. cutlery and crockery etc.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
