House Rules
- A maximum of 8 guests may sleep in the house, including children over 2 years old.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, except on the veranda.
- No functions, parties or loud music is allowed.
- No outside visitors who have not been pre-arranged are allowed.
- Mattresses may not be moved or placed on the floor.
- No drones may be flown.
- We have 4 trout fishing permits. Contact the owner for the fishing rules.
- River fishing is not allowed.
- There is a private weather station with a weather camera in the garage that overlooks the estate. The camera does not make any recordings inside the house or patio.
- Fishing permits are controlled by the estate and are available at a daily fee. Guests can call the owner for more details.
-A portable cot can be provided.
