Westbury House is part of an old, stately Victorian house, centrally situated in the exclusive Silwood area of Rondebosch. The elegant home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers an outlook onto the back of Table Mountain and Devil's Peak on the one side, and overlooks fields on the other. The guest house has been running for over 20 years.

The accommodation is ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Children are welcome, and cots are available on request. Each suite is different in size and has an en-suite bathroom, a TV, a private kitchenette, an electric heater, a fan and a hairdryer.

The guest house offers separate entrances, secure off-street parking, and free Wi-Fi. A continental, health-type breakfast can be provided as an optional extra. Tea and coffee are available 24-hours a day and a laundry service is available at an extra charge.

Rondebosch Train Station, University of Cape Town, Newlands Rugby Stadium and cricket ground, Bishops Diocesan College, Rondebosch schools, Rustenburg schools, Silwood Centre, Rondebosch Main Road with its supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, takeaways and post office, Belmont Park, and Red Cross Children’s Hospital are located within close proximity. There are a variety of attractions in the surrounding area, such as Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, beaches, golf courses, and Cavendish Square Shopping Centre.
