House Rules

No parties allowed.

No loud music, drinking, drunk behaviour, violence, drugs or any other illegal substances will be allowed.

Pets welcome by prior arrangement.

Meals are available for an additional fee, and need to be booked in advance.

Keep all access gates closed at all times.

Extra visitors will not be allowed on the premises.

No smoking is permitted indoors.

Quiet times are from 19:00 to 07:00

Items removed from the rooms, damaged or broken, will be for the guest's account, kindly report any breakages as well

please lock your room and deposit the key into the black safety key box on the small gate at the parking side.
