Friendly and most comfortable.

The hostess was very warm and welcoming. The accommodation was warm and comfortable in sub-zero temperatures. The hostess went the extra mile to make us feel at home and prepare delicious and generous breakfasts. Thank you.

We were warm, but it is a very small unit down the side of the house.

The accommodation was clean and neat; however, the room is very small. It's fine for a quick one-night stop. No. 3 is called a Garden Room, but it is positioned down the side of the house, not in the garden. No self-cater.
