House Rules

• CHILD POLICY:

Wilderness Manor is not suitable for infants and children under 12 years of age

• Children 12 years of age and older are welcome
• Children 12 years of age and older are charged as adults
• Children 12 years of age and older to occupy their own room
• We are unable to accommodate children / 3rd person sharing with 2 adults per room
• Maximum occupancy per room is 2 guests
• Infants and children under 12 years of age are not permitted

• REFUND POLICY:

An administration fee of 10% will be levied on all refunds to cover banking and handling charges
