Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R10000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A guest manual is provided with all required information pertaining to the house, Wi-Fi connection, and local attractions.
The home is rented with all furniture and fittings of comfort and luxury and must remain as such during guests' departure.
A refundable damage deposit is due on every booking and will be returned to guests under all reasonable conditions.
Appliances and stove/oven to be switched off after use.
No loud music after 20h00.
Key to be returned to the key box on exit.
Parties are not allowed.
Please note that 3rd party booking is not allowed.
Guests younger than 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking is prohibited.
