Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Pets are only allowed with the owner's permission.
Visitors are not permitted after 22:00.
Overnight guests must match the number of guests initially booked.
A maximum of 6 guests per booking is allowed; violations may incur a fine.
Noise should be kept to a minimum after 22:00.
Please use water and electricity conservatively.
During power outages, avoid using multiple electrical devices simultaneously, like hairdryers and kettles, as this can overload the solar system, requiring owner intervention to reset.
Dispose of household waste in the provided green municipal bin upon check-out.
