Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All guest IDs, access forms and booking forms need to be completed and returned to the establishment 72 hours before arrival. Should these documents not be received in time, you will forfeit your booking and cancellation fees will apply.
Refundable breakage deposit - equal to 1 night's accommodation or 15%, whichever is highest, must be paid. This will be included on the final invoice.
Additional cleaning, over weekends, will be charged separately.
