House Rules
The swimming pool has a motor-driven retractable cover.
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
A one-time exit cleaning fee will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance.
We request that the person booked is the person who checks in.
A valid identity document will be requested on check in and a guest contract will be signed.
No more than the number of people booked and checked in may stay overnight on the property.
Visitors are by special arrangement only.
