Guests cannot check in on the 25th and 26th of December and on the 1st of January.
The apartment operates on a prepaid electricity system. Units of electricity will be loaded before arrival, and guests are responsible for any additional electricity usage during their stay if needed.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The bath towels may not be used as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when not in the apartment.
No noise or loud music.
Quiet times between 22:00 and 08:00.
No laundry or towels may be hung over balcony railings.
Please do not throw any food, cigarettes, or any items over balcony railings.
No braai or gas fires are allowed on balconies. There is a communal braai area next to the swimming pool on the ground floor.
