Bring your own TV decoder. Our satellite is wired for PVR.
Please bring your own swimming towels.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any damage caused by cigarette smoking will result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Loud music is not allowed after 10:00, as per complex rules.
No pets are allowed, by complex rules.
Please ensure doors and windows are closed when leaving the apartment to keep monkeys out.
Alcohol is not permitted at the swimming pool, as per complex rules.
The apartment may not accommodate more than 4 guests, according to municipal regulations.
Please turn off the air conditioner when the doors are open or when leaving the apartment.
Please use water sparingly.
Bring black bags for the kitchen rubbish.
Please store the air conditioner remote control in its holder or in a place where it cannot fall. Replacing it due to damage is costly.

Use of all appliances such as the washing machine, ice machine and others in the apartment is welcome.
Anything that breaks must be replaced, otherwise the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
