N plaas ervaring met als wat jy nodig het vir n oornag. Ons het lekker gebly, aircon sou baie welkom gewees het. Kamer en badkamer is baie netjies. Dankie vir vriendelike gasvrou.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your stay. We were unaware the hot water was a problem every day as it was unfortunate that an earth leakage fault caused the geyser to trip over a weekend, but thankfully after we were notified, this was rectified very quickly. The communal area was hired out to a private party of long-term guests (who are responsible for their own cleaning). Our apologies for any miscommunication in this regard. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved stay.

Afgeleë. Geen onderdakparkering. Baie beperkte internet en selfs selfoonopvangs. Kamers baie bedompig en geen opsie vir 'n trek nie. Die plek het sy plek maar is nie geskik vir sakereisigers nie. Daar is ook geen aandete of ontbytopsies nie - selfs nie in die omgewing nie. Afrikaans is ook nie 'n opsie nie alhoewel dit so geadverteer is.

Hi Louis Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and the chance to reply to your concerns listed. We are located in a farming area just off the N7 and advertise our location as being 20km South of Malmesbury. It is up to the client to decide on suitability of location before booking the accommodation. Unfortunately, due to the load shedding situation, the internet and cell service performance in our area is out of our control. However you may not have realised when we had no loadshedding, it was due to the fact that we have invested heavily in a solar power system in order to ensure our guests still have electricity during their stays. All our rooms are equipped with fans which are stored in the main cupboard should you have chosen to use it. Unfortunately February is the hottest month of the year in the Swartland area. You were offered a continental breakfast basket prior to your arrival which you opted out of. Under languages on all the booking sites it is listed as English, even on the Afrikaans site that you booked with. We appreciate all feedback and take your points into account in order to better the services we can offer to guests.

Baie basies. Die WiFi het nie gewerk nie en so moes ek elke dag dorp toe ry om my werk te doen. Daar was geen teelepel of melk om te gebruik nie. Ek was die enigste persoon op die perseel, tog het hulle my reg langs die waskamer geplaas. Die skoonmaak dames het 09:45 al kom aanklop op die dag van my vertrek.

Hi, thank you for the review. Unfortunately, due to the excessive loadshedding, we are having more Wi-Fi issues and unit failures that are out of our control and could not foresee that coming. Due to our area, it is not an easy fix and this is why we don’t advertise having Wi-Fi. We had no idea about the teaspoons not being there and this is an oversight that we will keep an eye on in the future. We supply creamer with tea and coffee. We prefer to put guests closer to the laundry as this is where the geyser is located. This allows for the hot water to reach the closer rooms quicker and prevents water wastage. It wasn’t the cleaner who knocked on the door, it was the owner who had to attend an appointment and wanted to greet you before leaving. We appreciate the feedback and will work on these concerns to better the experiences of future guests.

Heerlik geslaap, baie rustige omgewing. Die kamer is baie gerieflik en ons sien dat dit nog ontwikkel word, so ek glo daar sal in die toekoms dalk lugversorging ingesit word.

Ligging bietjie vêr van dorp en daar kort so bietjie meer om my weer soontoe te lok. Geen lugreëling. Kamers word nie daagliks skoongemaak nie. Was verbaas om na 'n lang dag daar te kom en die bed was nog deurmekaar. Ligging op grondpad en vêr uit die dorp. Ontbyt nie ingesluit by prys nie, alhoewel 'n kontinentale ontbyt beskikbaar is vir 'n addisionele betaling en as dit vooraf gereël word.
