House Rules

Please note that the Zimbali Resort welcome centre has a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest ID’s and that way provide access to the resort.
As a result, bookings with less than 48hour notice cannot be confirmed as guests will not be able to access the Zimbali estate.
Zimbali require an ID or passport or driver’s license copy for every guest.

- Please note that this is a noise-sensitive area and is not suited for parties which will end up in a complaint & fine.
- Golf cart is available on request at R350 per day. This is subject to availability and needs to be arranged with the host directly.
- The main bathroom has a jet bath but the jets are out of service.
- The jacuzzi is out of service.
