The cardholder's ID/passport is required at check-in. The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.

Cancellation policy: Forfeit 100% of the total amount if guests cancel 7 days before arrival.
General: No loud noise allowed after 22:00.
An on-site restaurant and bar is available. From the 16th of December 2024 until the 5th of January 2025, only breakfast will be served. Room service will also not be available during these dates.
Reception is open 24 hours a day.
