Amakhaya Lodge is idyllically situated closely to the white pristine sandy beaches of Hout Bay and Llandudno and has spectacularly breathtaking views of the famous Chapman's Peak Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Amakhaya is the only guest house in South Africa which offers own golf practice facilities such as putting greens, chipping pats, nets for drives and a bunker.
Amakhaya Golf Lodge offers guests a choice between 4 luxury suites, and 2 self-catering cottages. Each room has been individually and tastefully decorated in an African-style. The rooms and units each have a private en suite bathroom, a TV with a DVD player, a mini-bar fridge, safe, hairdryer, and a safe. The 2 self-catering cottages also have fully equipped kitchens, and a private garden or terrace. The lodge offers you every comfort in a relaxed, private and peaceful environment.
The lodge’s comfortable African lounge offers you a TV with a DVD player, a variety of English and German books and magazines, tourism information, and a computer with 24-hour free internet access. Guests also have access to the salt water swimming pool and sun loungers, and the golf practice facilities.
Amakhaya Lodge can organise a number of services including a luxury limousine airport shuttle, guided and specialist tours, tee-time bookings and golf tours, restaurant bookings, massages and more. In addition, the lodge offers Harley Davidson’s for rental or chauffeured rides throughout Cape Town, or the peninsula or wine areas. There are optional trips from half an hour to a day ride. Tours can also be arranged to suit individual's requirements.
