This is probably the most ungrateful review we have ever received. You booked a self-catering unit, which gave you 40m2 of space, premium DStv, fast WiFi, and air conditioning. You paid less than R400 per person a night but you are expecting a five-star hotel. Please read our other reviews, as they all contradict your review. Yes, the unit is not serviced except on longer stays. You had brand new enclosed soap, Sh’zen room spray, two sliding doors, a fan and aircon. You received two double-ply toilet paper rolls and when you requested more, we provided them. You did not complain once. I understand that the cat can be a nuisance, but if chased away, he will stay away. The problem is that most guests prefer him around, even if we ask them not to entertain him. We consistently receive high praise for our cleanliness and it's clear you have no real concept of a carport. This property might be a converted space, but it has been done so with the best possible consideration for guest and their families. The fridge functions perfectly. Your review should not even be allowed because its claims lack honesty.
