House Rules

No smoking is allowed indoors.
Respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
No parties or events are allowed.
Please keep the space clean.
Be considerate of neighbours.
Guest parking is in the designated undercover area only.
Keep the property gate closed at all times.
Guests are welcome to order food or groceries for delivery
Use of braai by prior arrangement, only charcoal is allowed.
A child-only camping bed can be added by request at an additional fee for children under 16 years.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly 4 guests at all times. Only guests who are part of the official booking will be allowed on the premises. Any additional guests beyond the booked capacity will be charged accordingly.
If you would like to have visitors during your stay, prior arrangements must be made with the host before their arrival. This rule is in place to ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all guests.
