🚭Smoking is strictly prohibited WITHIN the apartment and the amenities. You may smoke outside on the verandah but please use the ashtray provided.
🔥The use of the braai on the verandah is unfortunately PROHIBITED. We apologize for this. 🙃 Please use the weber provided instead if you feel like a braai. Some coals work well. 🥩
🐶 Pets are not allowed at any time.
👚NO LAUNDRY are allowed to be hung outside or in visible areas for drying. NO WETSUITS, NO BATHING SUITS, AND NO TOWELS as per body corporate rules
🚮 Trash can be dispensed with at the building outside of the complex gates. There are allocated bins for the trash bags and recycling.
🤫 Guests are requested to respect the neighbors and not make excessive noise between 21:00 and 07:30. Please respect this. 🙏🏻
🍸 Glass objects are not permitted in the pool area. 🏊
🎾 Use of the tennis courts, squash courts, and mini-golf is by pre-booking. For more information, guests can inquire at the office.
Guests are expected to leave the amenities in the same condition as found and to keep the property clean and tidy.
👚 Laundry facilities are available within the complex; however, guests will need a credit card and their laundry detergent. 💳
🧹Cleaning services for extended stays are available upon request at an additional charge.
