Ek kan net sê 1 uit 10 want ek is nie gelukkig nie. Ek het glad nie lekker gebly nie want ek het nie gekry wat ek geboek het nie. Toe ek daar kom, kry ek die teenoorgestelde. Ek het 'n koningin groot bed bespreek omdat 'n dubbel bed te klein is vir my en my man, so ons het baie ongemaklik geslaap. Maar dankie aan die dame by ontvangs wat ons mooi gehelp het.

A bit disappointing for the rate we paid. The room we were staying in was facing the gym, which was not great. The lady at reception could have put in an effort to place us in a good room as the place was empty. Our bathroom had no extractor fan, which is important for a bathroom with no windows. We had to request towels even though we had indicated how many people would be using the rooms. On one of the days, the towels that were brought into the room were damp. The cleaning staff are really nice and helpful, but early in the morning they are very loud, not considering their guests at all as rooms are not soundproofed. The lady at reception on arrival did not explain how breakfast, lunch, and supper work. The place is located very well, but staff need a lot of training.
