Caroline goes out of her way to give the best service. Caroline is a most wonderful and warm host. She called in the morning before our arrival and offered to cook for us on arrival. We had car trouble on the way and she helped us out tremendously, with the result that we did not get stuck on the road!

Great, welcoming and friendly host. Our stay at Caro's Karoo was made exceptional thanks to Caroline, who goes out of her way to offer the best service. From the moment we placed our instant booking, she called to confirm (almost instantly) and made us feel welcome. Caroline is a warm and attentive host, and her homestay provided exactly what we weary travellers needed. Though the building might appear dated from the outside, the inside is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Located on a road lined with guest houses, I am happy we chose Caro's. We had secure off-street parking for our motorcycles, along with access to WiFi and a cozy guest lounge stocked with coffee and tea.
