Dekor is baie mooi en die kaggel maak die eenheid lekker snoesig.

Lekker gebly en jul sien ons weer.

Ons en ons getroude seun het in twee eenhede gebly, 3 en 6. Dekor pragtig, maar badkamers kort aandag met teëlwerk. Het verneem hulle gaan aan dit werk. Goed toegerus en die kaggels is 'n groot plus!

A most disappointing and unpleasant overnight stay.

Shower not working, tap in bathroom basin not working, light in toilet not working, very dusty, oil splatters on wall in kitchen area, thick dust on blinds. Nespresso machine not cleaned etc, etc. For the price charged, I expected above satisfactory accommodation. Do not try to contact Dullstroom Reservations after 13:00 on a Saturday, the phone just rings and rings until it cuts out. Dullstroom seems to be losing the flair it had a couple of years ago. I will not recommend any person to use Cherry Grove Apartments.

Good morning Roland

I am very sorry to hear about your experience at Cherry Grove. The matter has been brought up to all relevant parties.
You mentioned in your complaint that you tried to call us at 13:00. However I was in the office on Saturday until 2pm and no call came through. During loadshedding and with bad weather telkom goes down so I can understand the missed call if you called the landline. Our afterhours number is listed on all platforms and is written big on the wall of our office. The only contact or communication I had directly with you over the weekend was when you went to "klerekas" to call me and that was around 14:30pm
Our number is on the envelope that your keys were in as well and had you called me once you picked up the issues, I could've solved the problem then.

I hope this experience did not put you off Dullstroom and that you will come and visit our beautiful town again.

Fantasties, die rustigheid en netheid is vir seker 'n wenner. Dit was so 'n goeie wegbreek van ons besige leefstyl af. Sal definitief nog 'n paar keer gaan inloer.

Pragtig uitgerus met die regte Italy-gevoel.

Fantasties, wonderlik.

Dit was 'n wonderlike blyplek. Mal oor die rustigheid in en om die gebou, ek sal Cherry Grove aan enige reisiger aanbeveel. Die plek is mooi uiteengesit, mal oor die afwerking, lieflike tuiste.

Lovely little apartment near the edge of town.

A bit noisy but otherwise really lively setting and enjoyably safe stay.

Wonderlike plek om te bly.

Marius van Dullstroom Inn het uitstekende diens gegee en gehelp waar nodig. Fantastiese ontbyt onder by Mad Hatters.

Baie lekker gewees.

Die eenheid wat bespreek was, is gerieflik ingerig. Daar was wel so paar goedjies wat stukkend was. Die prys vir die eenheid is volgens my te duur.

Apartment is grossly overpriced and dismal.

The electricity went off in the morning and was restored only once we complained. One can get innumerable better accommodation in Dullstroom at this price. There is not even a soap in the bathroom. Never staying here again and not recommending this apartment to anyone.
