Sorry to see that these guests were disappointed with their stay.
Regarding the parking situation - I agree, our off-street parking is a little tight, especially for very large vehicles. We did our best to accommodate these guests by allowing them to park in the main house's secure parking area, which we thought was a satisfactory solution.
Our cottage is cleaned and linen is changed once a week. As the guests stayed for eight nights, we felt it would have been impractical to change the linen for only one night.
We were unaware of the noise in the street - it's a pity that we were not alerted to this as we would have contacted the police.
We were shocked to read that these guests did not feel safe. The cottage is fully alarmed (24-hour surveillance cameras), all windows have burglar bars, there is a security gate at the front as well as an electric gate across the driveway. I'm not sure how much more security would be required to satisfy these guests?
