House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00.
Please present your ID card, passport, or temporary residence card at check-in, as required by law for management records.
The property and rooms cannot be used for house parties or events.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house; smokers must use the designated areas within the compound.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, with 2 guests per room.
Pets are not allowed.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
Guests cannot transfer the property or room to third parties, even if their stay period has not expired.
Any complaints about services should be reported to the house manager immediately for prompt resolution.
Guests must notify management immediately if any damage occurs.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property, whether by themselves or their guests.
The guest must act respectfully and avoid causing any nuisance.
Management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the property without notice in case of a rule violation. In the event of a violation, the guest will forfeit their damage deposit.
