I was very concerned that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I have checked on your complaints and this is my findings.
You arrived just after 22:00 without advising us that you will be a late check-in. We have a manager, like lots of other establishments, who checks guests in. The fact that you waited for him to open up is because we thought you were not coming anymore. Surely you cannot expect us to wait for guests indefinitely.
You booked a Standard room, but we upgraded you to a DeLux room at no cost to you.
I checked the TV channels personally and there is nothing I can see that is wrong with the reception. We do not advertise that we have DStv.
I checked the shower. It is an adjustable head and there is nothing wrong with the shower. It is connected to a high-pressure 200L geyser and is perfect for showering.
You say you realised you booked in the wrong area. I do not understand this comment. We are in a quiet and perfectly safe area. If you wanted an establishment in a more vibrant area then I can only apologise.
Regarding the Cremora no other guests have complained about this, but if you mentioned it to our Manager he would have sorted it out for you. It is no good to complain about something like this only after you have checked out.
I checked on our records, we have had 34 guests in Room 3 this year so far without any complaints and quite a number of compliments.
