Baie goed en aan te beveel. Baie goed en netjies. Hoogs tevrede met die verblyf. 'n Klein probleem was dadelik opgelos t.o.v. die besprokte verblyf.

Baie lekker plekkie. Ons was 3 gesinne wat gebruik gemaak het van die fasiliteit en dit was regtig baie aangenaam. Ek was net verward dat die kostes van die kamers almal dieselfde was, maar dat die eenheid waar ek gebly het heeltemal anders was as die ander en die koste was dieselfde. Daar was nie eens 'n gemaklike stoel in ons eenheid nie. Maar ongeag het ons lekker gebly en sal weer van hul gebruik maak.

That was lit. We enjoyed our stay and we had fun. The staff was very friendly.

It was a one night with many problems. The shower mixer in two of the rooms was the worst. One did not have hot water, my friend had to boil water in a kettle. The other could not mix the hot and cold water. When the hot tap was on, the cold water was off, and vice versa. He had to shower using cold water. We left the electric blankets on when we went to get dinner. When we came back, the blanket was not warm. It suddenly became hot during the night while I was asleep. I was lucky to wake up and turn it off.

Hi Phambili, thank you for your valued feedback. This is the first time you have brought these issues to our attention. We checked the hot water and the electric blankets in the room you were staying in. They were both working when we checked. We do sometimes have issues with low voltage on the property coming in from the municipality, but we have not encountered issues with the electric blankets before. The low voltage normally makes it difficult to heat food in the microwave. The geyser in the room that you stayed in is a gas geyser. We use gas geysers on the property due to the low voltage issues and to ensure you have hot water even during load shedding. With the gas geysers, the hot water can cut off suddenly when going to the colder side of the mixer. We do have instructions in the bathrooms for those guests who are unfamiliar with gas geysers. If you stay with us next time please do not hesitate to contact our 24-hour reception if you have these issues.

I would not recommend this. Our stay was not pleasant. We were not greeted by anyone, just shown to our room. The room was ready, but the fan was very noisy and loose and could not be used. There were not enough towels in the room. The tap in the shower did not turn; it was corroded, so we could not shower. The plumber had to be called in. The bathroom light did not work. There was an unpleasant smell in the second room, and the bedside lamp did not work. All in all, it was not a good stay at all.

Hi Patricia, Our 24-hour receptionist was on site when you arrived. We apologise if the greeting was not to your standard. Once you notified us of the plumbing issue, we called the plumber to the site to attend to the problem. The plumber had to leave the site to collect material and then you did not let him back into the room to repair the issue. He was however able to resolve the problem before you left. We offered you an alternative room which you did not take as you had already settled into Room 3. We then kept Room 5 open for you to shower as you would not let the plumber into the room to repair the geyser at the time. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. It’s clear we did not meet your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. We deeply regret that you were not properly greeted upon arrival and that the room conditions did not meet the standard we strive to provide. We are addressing the issues you mentioned, such as the noisy fan, corroded tap, bathroom light, and the unpleasant smell, with our maintenance team immediately to ensure these do not affect future guests. Please know that we take your concerns seriously, and your feedback will help us improve. We understand how frustrating it must have been, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements. Beautiful place to stay in, everything you may need is in close proximity. The place is clean and quiet. The room also has a study desk for work in case you have unfinished work to do.

Sal definitief aanbeveel. Ons het hier oornag oppad na Port Alfred. Ons kon heerlik braai en ons familie-eenheid was netjies, gerieflik en die beddens skoon.
