Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

We do require a breakages deposit of R3 000 prior to occupancy and this is fully refundable if the property is left in good condition.
This is not a party house as it is in a suburb so strictly no noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
