Regarding the heat, the entire country experienced a heat wave during that week; the unit is equipped with a ceiling fan and an extra fan.
We also offered daily servicing of the unit, but we also ask the client if and when we need to service, which you initially mentioned was acceptable but later requested every day, and we accommodated that change.
The WiFi issue was unusual, and we apologise for any inconvenience it caused. We are looking into this to ensure it doesn’t happen again. No mention of the problem was received during your stay regarding the WiFi, as we could have sorted out the problem.
As for the towel storage, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we made the necessary adjustments promptly.
