The room contains 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin, TV, a kitchenette with a washbasin, kettle, microwave, two plate stove, basic cutlery and crockery and a fan. Servicing of the room Mondays to Fridays, not later than 12:00. No servicing of the room on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

No visitors are allowed on the premises. Only guests that paid to sleep over will be allowed on the premises, at the pool and garden area.
No parties or events.
No music.
No drunk or disorderly behaviour will be allowed.
No weapons allowed on the premises.
Pets are only allowed with special pre-approval when making the booking. We need to know what type of pet and how other guests will be affected.
No servicing of rooms on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It can be arranged if requested 72 hours in advance and paid for separately.
